Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd, a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd, a Govt. of India Undertaking engaged in Coal Mining activities in Odisha state invites applications from the Indian Nationals for filling up the following vacancies.

Accountant T&S Gr. ‘A’

Qualification:
Intermediate examination of ICWA OR Intermediate examination of CA


AGE LIMIT:
Candidates must not be below 18 years and above 30 years of age as on 1/10/2012.


HOW TO APPLY
Before applying the candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility for the above post. There are two modes of submission of the application, i.e. On-Line or Off-Line. Eligible Candidates can apply in any of the mode.
However candidates are encouraged to apply in On-Line mode.


A. Besides basic pay, the post carries other allowances and fringe benefits as per Company’s
Rules/NCWA-IX.
B. Applications can be made either in On-Line mode or Off-Line mode.
C. Applications complete in all respect in the prescribed format must reach to “The General Manager (A/MP&R), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, At/PO – Jagriti Vihar, Burla, Dist. Sambalpur – 768020 (ODISHA) on or before 30/10/2012 in case of OFFLINE application. In case of ONLINE application, the HARD COPY of the same must reach to the same address on or before 09/11/2012.
D. The Envelope should be super scribed as “Application for the post of Accountant”.
E. The Cutoff date for the purpose of calculation of Age, Qualification, other relevant certificates etc. is 1/10/2012.
F. Those who are working in Govt./Semi Govt. Public Sector Undertaking should apply through proper channel.
G. Candidates are directed to send only one application.
H. The application should be filled in by typing or computer printing.
I. Unsigned OFFLINE applications & unsigned hardcopy of ONLINE applications will be rejected.
J. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date are liable to be rejected.
